I work hard so I can play hard with my wife, family, and co-workers. My priority is God, family, co-workers or employees, and clients. I love to joke, have fun, and enjoy the present moment with others as much as I can. I try to stay out of trouble while joking, which is hard to do sometimes.

I have worked with soldiers, veterans, law enforcement, youth-at-risk, young singles, and married couples. I understand the call to service, whether medical or other emergency services. I know a fast-paced life; I have lived it. My experience includes crisis intervention and management. I have worked with issues of grief, anxiety, depression, addictions (alcohol, drugs, porn), and PTSD. My goal is to assist you in finding a healthy balance in life, reclaiming your purpose, finding meaning, and experiencing the fullness of living. I can help you through these challenges through an integrative and collaborative approach to counseling.
