Patricia is a first-generation Indian-American who graduated from Towson University with her Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology. Having worked in a domestic violence shelter as a Child and Family Therapist, she brings a wealth of experience in guiding clients through trauma, grief, complex relationships, and other challenges.

Patricia is an eclectic therapist and often uses a combination of evidence-based approaches including mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She prefers to tailor sessions to the specific needs and goals of each client.

As a proud military spouse and mother of two, Patricia believes in treating each individual with respect and compassion. She is passionate about equity and her goal is to empower every person who walks into her office, helping them identify their strengths and offering tools to navigate life's challenges. Her sessions offer a safe and supportive space where each client is accepted and valued exactly as they are.
